You might think this is the end of October, but actually it's PITtober!!! Which means it's time for another collab, this time venturing into the depths of THE PIT!!!! Do people still know what The Pit is anymore???
This is an annual collab headed by The Underscored Double themed around aquatic life from Bionicle's 2007 run in.... THE PIT!!! This years specific theme was super niche too, with our inspiration coming from the brick build playsets - specifically, the alt builds depicted in tiny graphics on the boxes of the playsets. Mine was the cute little crawler vehicle built from 8926 Toa Undersea Attack!
I tried a few different ideas at first, but I was pretty stuck after a while. Eventually I just decided to make another dog type character. I tried to keep some of the features from the original build like the colours, the tentacle tail, the 6 silver bug legs, the long antennae and the angler-style trans red lantern hanging from her head. Most of the parts that make her up are more rounded and bulbous, kinda like an isopod. At least that's what I was going for lol.
